As MD Daniel manages the broker, insurance, wealth management and administration teams. He also continues to assist clients with their finance needs and is passionate that every client receives exceptional service. His career in the industry began with a role in an independent financial advisory firm, and was followed by several years working for Mayfair brokerages. Daniel founded Holbrook Property Finance in 2010 at the height of the banking crisis.
Daniel is an experienced Tough Mudder, a keen target shooter and an avid Spurs fan.

Jack has worked in the insurance industry since he was just 17 years old. He joined Holbrook in 2014 with the sole purpose of growing and developing the insurance department. Jack loves the job satisfaction that comes with knowing his clients are well protected and relishes the challenge of breaking down complex products into simple facts and figures that his clients can really understand.
Jack, plays ice hockey and loves drinking craft beer.

Graeme has worked in financial services since 2013, prior to which he spent 14 years in the legal profession. In Graeme’s opinion resolving technical issues with lenders can be just as challenging as subduing opposing lawyers! Despite the challenges, Graeme loves being able to help people to achieve their property goals.
When he isn’t making his client’s dreams happen, Graeme is either spending time with his family or tending to his Japanese maple trees.

As one of the newer members of the team, Mark joined Holbrook to expand his knowledge and take the next step in his career. He enjoys assisting clients during, what can be, one of the most stressful and important times of their lives.
Mark is a keen sportsman, enjoys cooking and bringing new life to old furniture.

Katrina began her career at HSBC when she was 18 years old, working her way up through the company. During this time she spent 4 years as a Mortgage manager, finishing her career as an Insurance manager within Canary Wharf. Katrina uses her knowledge and experience helping clients with challenging circumstances and enjoys being able to negotiate loans that other brokers may not be able to.
When she’s not helping clients, Katrina enjoys travelling, spending time with family, hiking, any adventure and any new experience.

Aaron’s 7 years’ experience in financial services affords him a wealth of knowledge in mortgages. He is adept at looking at solutions from both the client and lender perspective, which ensures his high success rate. Aaron takes huge pride in making his client’s property dreams come true and ensuring the best product fit for all.
In his spare time, Aaron loves spending time with his young family, exotic food and Mixed Martial Arts.

Aga ensures the smooth running of the administration department and is adept at supporting the senior management to ensure clients enjoy a stress-free experience. Her experience in the business to business corporate world is invaluable when dealing with lenders and solicitors.
When she isn’t organising us all, Aga spends her spare time on long walks with her daughter and dogs.

Paul has over 25 years’ experience in the finance industry working as an underwriter, underwriting manager and administrator. His knowledge and experience make him perfectly placed to ensure mortgage offers are issued swiftly by lenders and conveyancing is carried out by solicitors within clients timescales. Paul is incredibly proud that he plays a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals.
Paul is our resident scholar and enjoys reading, history, cricket and football. He puts his knowledge to good use and regularly takes part in (and wins!) quizzes. He has even appeared on University Challenge!

Matt is responsible for ensuring client’s insurance policies are processed efficiently and put into force as swiftly as possible. Matt liaises with clients and providers to ensure their insurance requirements are met and that client’s have the safe knowledge that they and their possessions are correctly protected. Matt prides himself on delivering excellent client service and helping them protect against any future situation.
Matt enjoys spending quality time with his family and watching rugby.

Lisa has worked in Financial Services Industry for over 13 years. She established L J Ray mortgages in 2018 after enjoying a successful career with Holbrook Property Finance. L J Ray Mortgages is an Appointed Representative of Holbrook Property Finance and firmly believes in the same client centric ideologies.
Lisa loves music festivals, amateur dramatics (on stage - not in the office), supper clubs and salsa.

Clare is responsible for all the administration tasks of L J Ray Mortgages. Clare liaises with clients, lenders and solicitors and oversees the mortgage application process through to successful completion.
